chicken "dry sherry" marsala

The lengths one will go for chicken marsala...... First, note the set of wine glasses before your eyes... Yes, I'm serious those are it. Now to the story: Kristin and I went to the market for Marsala wine and a few vegetables. If you are from Paris or in the area and happen to know where to locate Marsala wine, let me know because it was impossible! We actually gave up, walked out of the market (with mushrooms in hand), and started to think of other dishes. Then, BOOM! we ran into a specialty wine store, located dry sherry and called it a night ...BUT not before purchasing this bad-boy by mistake... Who knew you HAD to purchase this, if used? It probably says something on the bag but I was in such a rage, I gladly spent 1.50 euro and went on my way. PS: Pictured is rosé wine. This was my first time trying a rosé. I'm not opposed but red still remains at the top of the list!
