allard: 41 rue saint- andré des arts, paris

First off, sorry it has been so long!  Don't mean to make excuses but with my parents & one of three brothers visiting, mid-terms approaching, etc. I've been very busy.  Won't happen again.

Anyways, my parents were here for eight days. We had plenty of great meals... dinners... quick lunches... you name it, we ate it.  My favorite of them all was dinner at Allard.

Dad had the 6 escargot de Bourgogne to start.

I had the Dorade Grillée, Beurre Blanc for my main course.

Kristin and Dave each had the Pave de Boeuf au Poivre.

Mom had the sorbet du jour avec alcool for dessert.

And then, you can imagine... there were plenty more desserts enjoyed...

I don't get to eat like this everyday... but it sure is inspiring.  Thanks Mom and Dad for a wonderful dinner and a fabulous week!
