It's not ideal when you invite your girlfriends over for brunch and the oven is broken. But as you can see, that clearly didn't stop us. Aside from the pre-made breakfast spinach squares, everything else was bake free! After an aggressive serving of grilled halloumi, brioche french toast, bagels & lox, bacon, and fruit salad, an even more aggressive serving of prosecco was consumed. That's what brunch is for, right?
