crab cake craze: surf & turf II

I was missing risotto, in the mood for crab, and wanted to make everyone's taste buds happy, keeping in mind not everyone loves seafood. So, why not have a Surf & Turf party? I went to Eddies, my favorite local grocery, to gather all the goodies. After picking out good looking peppers, fresh parsley, tarragon, etc. I went for the crab meat. After everything needed was tossed in, I felt pretty overwhelmed. To be honest with all of you, I bought pre made Eddies crab cakes just incase I bombed it. BUT luckily I gave myself enough time, making the crab cakes a day in advance. Based on my lovely roommates and a couple other important sets of taste buds, they were, "delicious and had the perfect crab to veggie/breadcrumb ratio, which is key to mastering the crab cake." Cheesy? No, not the crab cake. But the blog post...,to the extreme. Hope you enjoy!
PS: The sauce you see on the lemon garnished with parsley is extremely easy!
Sauce Ingredients: Heinz Chili Sauce, Mayo, Sweet Relish, Tabasco Sauce and a hint of lemon. I just eyeballed the servings, as my only goal was to make it salmon pink...and not too spicy.
