Since Gretchen & Lotte decided to wake me up at 6:30AM for a walk, I figured I'd take on my day early! I decided on Belvedere Market for breakfast and some how came home with a pumpkin. My terrible attempt at a jack-o-lantern doesn't even deserve to by photographed. What I can share with you is the recipe to these tasty pumpkin seeds! 

Directions: Carve the pumpkin. Preheat the oven to 300F. Pick the seeds out of the orange gunk (this is very tedious...). Coat the seeds in melted butter and sprinkle with sea salt. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown.
