boursin burgers

Our intention this afternoon was to rent bikes... It failed so we decided to head to the grocery store since the markets on Rue Cler were closed.  We were pretty hungry so I was trying to think of something pretty instant and keep the costs down.  We bought one package of Boursin cheese, two packages of ground beef and hamburger buns.  It was the perfect dinner! We also made a cucumber and tomato salad tossed with a vinaigrette. Yummy...
