21st birthday: swedish torta

I could eat this cake for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  It never gets old. Unfortunately it is a family recipe so I can't post the recipe but... I'd gladly make one for you!  We arrived in Paris on the 22nd.  One of the first things I noticed..., we don't have an OVEN! Looks like there will be no baking cookies, etc. (sorry Kristin). We'll find alternatives though.
