magret de canard aux pommes de terre
I enjoyed this dish! I cooked two full breasts for a party of six and it was just enough. It was my first time preparing duck and ended up being surprisingly easy! If you are short on time or only have two burners like me..., I'd recommend making the orange sauce 3/4 the way (without the butter) in advance. This dish was served with wild mushrooms in the cooking class but since I ran out of time accessing a good bunch, the potatoes did the trick! Enjoy it with a glass of red and you'll be set.
